Innovation governance – Fabio Ferrari invited to the Cercle 01
On 20th September, Fabio Ferrari, the CEO of Symbio, was invited to the Cercle 01 for a lunchtime debate entitled “Innovation governance in major groups, a must for ensuring the future of business models”. He contributed to the debate alongside Thierry Lepercq, Executive Vice President in charge of Research, Technology & Innovation (ENGIE) and Eric Labaye (McKinsey).
Among his contributions, Fabio Ferrari made reference to:
- The fact that Symbio share with ENGIE and MICHELIN, who are both represented on their board, the same vision regarding hydrogen’s potential in relation to transport and the right strategy to put in place in order to make this a reality.
- What is involved in the success of the collaboration between Symbio and their industrial shareholders – in particular, the separation of company activities between operations and the board and the leeway given to management with regards to capital.
