Renault Kangoo ZE Hydrogen

Kangoo vehicles are equipes with a fuel cell range extender, with a thermical and alectrical power of 10 kW. Kangoo Zero emission autonomy is extended to more than 350 kms.

Refueling time is limited to only 5 to 10 minutes. Hydrogen a,swers intensive use cases, not covered by standard electrical vehicles. Long distances and sub-urban usages are easy to adrees with this zero emission vehicle

Pininfarina H2 Speed & GREENGT H2

With a cumulative installed capacity of 470 kW and a maximum speed exceeding 300 km/h, the Pininfarina H2 Speed was revealed for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in 2016.

Symbio’s collaboration with GreenGT (a specialist in high energy level electric and hydrogen propulsion solutions) created a unique hydrogen system: 4 x 75 kW hydrogen fuel cells allow the vehicle to go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds releasing water vapour only.

Born from a collaboration between Renault Trucks, La Poste and Symbio, Maxity is the first hydrogen fuel electric powered lorry in Europe.

Approved and registered, it has proven itself in both rural and urban areas: initially launched in Dole district (Jura Department) in 2015 to deliver mail to post offices in the region, it now ensures La Poste deliveries in Paris.

Its success and user feedback confirmed the relevance of the hydrogen solution to this segment of vehicles.

Thanks to Symbio’s Hydrogen Solution, Maxity’s fuel cell loads in only 3-4 minutes.

The lorry’s range is also multiplied by 2.5: during real conditions of use in summer and winter it shifts from 85 km when electrically operated to 250 km with the Symbio range extender, because the heat released by the cell is used to heat the lorry’s passenger compartment (the heating being turned on does not impact the range of the vehicle).
