Compliance status

The Symbio site is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA), version 4 due to the nonconformities and exemptions listed below.

Test results

SYMBIO's compliance audit indicates that:

  • 81% of the RGAA criteria are respected;
  • Contrasts (criteria 3.2 and 3.3): some buttons or texts have insufficient contrasts to meet the RGAA criteria. These are mainly links of the Ariane thread of white colors.
  • Keyboard navigation (criteria 12.8): Tab order for keyboard navigation is not always optimized.
  • Qualification of links (criteria 6.2): the title tag of links is not always optimized (not filled or redundant with the text of the link, without additional information).
  • Qualification of images (criteria 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3): alternative text images are not always optimized (effective filling of tags and relevance of the description filled in). Decoration images (not carrying information) are not systematically ignored by assistance software.
  • Description of the videos (criteria 4.1 to 4.9): the videos carrying information do not systematically have transcription or alternative.
  • Accessibility of office documents (criteria 13.3 to 13.3.1): office documents (especially PDFs) containing information do not always have an accessible version.
  • Form entry control (criteria 11.11 to 11.11.02): the display of sample forms for each form field is not systematically suggested.

Non-compliance

Derogations for disproportionate burden

  • Videos hosted on Youtube and broadcast on the symbio.one website do not always have an exhaustive description due to the disproportionate workload that this causes in view of the size of the workforce involved in production and publication of content. However, the automatic subtitle option is available on all videos.
